Brief History
I grew up watching my father, Keith Freeman, race for many years. I started racing go-karts at age seven which led to getting in a four cylinder at age 10 (22 wins). From there, I got a 604 Crate car at age 12 and later started doing some limited late model racing along with still racing Crate. I made a handful of starts in a Super Late Model at age 15.
In November of 2018, we lost everything racing related to a shop fire. Like anything you love, you can’t stay away long. On March 2, 2019, we raced again for the first time and won at Senoia Raceway in a Crate 604. This particular win meant a lot because it was our first race back, and it was also my Mom’s birthday. We continued to race Crate through 2019, and in 2020, we were back racing both Crate and Limited.
This year, I’m running my first full year in a Super Late Model competition with the Southern All Stars Racing Series. We have grabbed two wins thus far, Clay Hill Speedway and I-75 Speedway, and lead the series in Rookie of the Year and overall points.
